The Core Sessions
Each Strategy Quest is designed as a group experience, meaning participation in every session is essential. The learning happens through collaboration, discussion, and decision-making as a team. Missing a session not only impacts your experience but also affects the group dynamic.
We understand that life can be unpredictable—emergencies happen. While we encourage full attendance, we also appreciate transparency if an unavoidable conflict arises. That said, the best way to get the most out of the experience is to be fully present.
No Work Between Sessions, But Optional Resources
Unlike traditional courses, there’s no homework or assignments between sessions. However, many participants find themselves naturally thinking about the simulation, considering different strategies, and reflecting on possible outcomes.
For those who want to dive deeper, we provide freely accessible guides and resources. These are optional and available anytime—whether you want to prepare in advance or explore different perspectives after a session. While these materials might enhance your decision-making, they are entirely at your discretion.
Before & After the Strategy Quest
- We schedule a brief one-on-one call with each participant before the sessions begin. This is a chance to discuss expectations, answer questions, and make sure you feel ready.
- We also ask participants to complete a short 8-minute questionnaire. This helps us understand how you approach teamwork—not as a test, but as a way to maximize learning for everyone involved.
- At the end of the program, we’ll hold a 45-minute debrief session at a time that works best for the group. This final step allows participants to reflect, share insights, and connect the lessons learned to real-world applications.
If you have any concerns about scheduling or time commitment, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to discuss and help you make an informed decision.
